Terms & Conditions

1.     Spaces in each age group are limited meaning bookings are taken on a first come first serve basis. 

2.     All course fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable.

3.     The Play Team coaches are appropriately qualified and DBS checked. 

4.     The Play Team do not accept responsibility or liability in respect of any loss or damage to personal property or effects. 

5.     The Play Team will take responsibility of your child 10 minutes prior to the commencement of the session.  Please ensure that each participant is personally checked in and out with a member of staff (unless prior written permission has been received by The Play Team from the parent/guardian). For school clubs, no handover is required as children will come direct from their class teachers. 

6.     The Play Team reserve the right to cancel or postpone any session for any reason. In such an event, an alternative session will be offered in lieu. 

7.     The Play Team reserve the right to exclude any child whose behaviour we deem inappropriate. 

8.     On occasions, The Play Team or their representative may take media for promotional purposes only. 

9.     The details provided for this booking form will be held on file for The Play Team administration purposes only.

What to bring:       

Please ensure your child brings appropriate sports kit (including suitable footwear and shin pads – if attending football) and that they have warm and waterproof clothing for wet outdoor sessions.  

Your child also needs to bring a ‘still’ drink in a plastic bottle. 

Depending on the weather, the school field, astroturf or playground will be used - please ensure your child has suitable footwear to accommodate all surfaces.  

Meeting Point:      

We meet the children in the school library to change and register.

Children will be brought to the main school gate for collection at the end of the club – please ensure a parent/guardian is present to collect them promptly as, failing this, children will be placed into after school provision (often incurring an additional cost). 

Children will only be permitted to walk home if prior permission has been given upon booking.
